DRESSING ROOMS
The performance area may have paint from the performance spilled on it. The cleaning and/or protection of the immediate performance and green room areas is not the responsibility of the performers. One dressing room within easy access to stage with standard facilities including toilet, wash basin, mirrors, shower, iron + board (if possible). One of the dressing rooms needs to be large enough to comfortably accommodate 7 artists.

STAGING
A minimum ceiling height of 6000m must be available to allow the filming of the work from above the canvas.

Performance area of approx 7m x 7m. The performance area needs to be built from wood or have a masonite  floor put down so that the  4.2m x 3.8m canvas can be attached with staple.

Black valances 4(number) 10'x7.5'

Long trestle table for audio equipment.

AUDIO REQUIREMENTS
Speakers: 4 x RCF 312ART (Active)
Speakers: 1 x RCF 4PRO8001 subwoofer
Speaker stands x 4
Mixing desk : 8 Channel (not Behringer)
2 x SM 58 microphones
2 x boom microphone stands
2x Stereo 31 band grpahic equalizer
4 x BSS AR-133 direct inject boxes

VIDEO REQUIREMENTS
12'x9' Truss screen
6000 Lumens data DLP projector
4 channel vision switcher to accommodate extra handheld camers in use
3ccd DV video camera with native 4:3 filming ratio
DV recording device (Hard disk recorder)
9" Broadcast preview monitor

LIGHTING / RIGGING
Adequate lighting must be rigged above the performance area
6 x 400w Metal Halide Flood Light (minimum)
Lighting will need to be configured to suit the performance area.
32 AMP 3 phase power outlet
Rigging to mount camera approx. 6000m from the canvas on stage

CREW
1 person with vision mixing skills
1 person with lighting skills

ACCES TO THE VENUE AND SCHEDULE
Day 1

Bump-in, tech check (approximately 8am - 3.00pm)
Day 1 rehearsal technician required from 6pm
(approximately 4pm - 11.00pm)
Day 2 Day 2 tech rehearsal continues, dress rehearsal, first performance (time TBC)
Day 3 Performance

Day 5 Performance
Day 6 Performance

Performance
N.B. Separate rehearsal space may be required for the artists during day 1 of bump in (times TBC).

CATERING
Sandwiches and fruit for 8 TRYBE performers
Soft drinks, juices, bottled water.

Please note that adaptations to match the facilities available can be done in conjunction with the venue's Production Coordinator, and in agreement with the Tour and Technical manager. Additional requirements may come out of discussion with, and in agreement with, the venue's Production Coordinator.
